At the age of 13, Milan and his brother Patrick watched the climate documentary of the former US vice-president, Al Gore, "An Inconvenient Truth." The brothers were profoundly impacted by this movie. Fueled by the desire to make a positive impact on the planet, they founded Soly in 2013. Soly is an international solar energy company dedicated to redefining how we power our lives. Soly is considered as one of Europe's leading solar energy business.

In 2015, he had the incredible honor of being trained by none other than Al Gore himself and becoming a Climate Reality Leader. This transformative experience has deepened the understanding of the urgency of the climate crisis and further fueled the determination to effect change. Since that Milan has given over a 100 presentations and media appereances to contribute to the public debate around climate change denial and the necessary energy transition.
